Companies wanting to join an IX must fulfil organizational as well as technical requirements. A joining procedure will guarantee that no unserious actor will be able to join the IX and this is of course important to create trust for the operation.
A company that wants to join MOZ-IX must fulfil two requirements:
• The company must be an ISP according to INCM, and
• An application must be approved by the ISPs already connected to MOZ-Ix.
If the ISP is accepted then he must sign the a Contract with Moz-Ix.
